The H Family: Expected | Springfield Maternity Lifestyle Photographer
I don’t like to play favorites…but maternity sessions with a beautiful red head on our family farm at sunset (even without sun)….? It’s a little hard not to! I adored this session, and tend to adore maternity sessions in general. I don’t actually shoot a lot of them- I think a lot of women feel really uncomfortable during pregnancy, especially during the end of it, and just are not in the mood to be photographed, which I get from having been there…twice! But I just want to grab them by the shoulders, look them in the eye, and say “Sister! I have been there, and I get it! But you are carrying LIFE!”! Not to be too cheesy or anything. But it is an AMAZING thing, and a gift you can give to your children that will mean something INCREDIBLE to them. I would give so much to see a picture of my mom pregnant with me! Ok off my soap box! 🙂 Hannah and Derek met me last week on a warm evening to wander in the fields and it was absolutely magical! Hannah is a stunning pregnant woman, and they were just so sweet together and I could not be more thrilled that I will be photographing their new baby boy in a few weeks when he arrives. I absolutely adore these images. This little man is going to be LOVED and it is absolutely beautiful to see. Meet Hannah and Derek!
