You’re closer than you think to running the photography business of your dreams... a business that both provides and thrives! I know it because it was my story…and I’ve helped my students build their dream biz’ as well.
Here’s the truth: Running a photography business is hard. A lot of us go into it because we love taking photos…but we don’t realize how much MORE it takes to actually run a successful, organized, fun business. And suddenly– that business begins to run our calendar and lives instead of giving us the freedom to create the life we want.
That’s where I come in…because I’ve been there. For the first couple years of my business, google was my new bestie while I tried to learn everything…let’s just say that I don’t recommend that! (Because who has time to spend 24-7-365 on google and youtube searching for answers in the most overpopulated internet spots!?)

These sessions are designed for photographers who want to take their photography business to the next level! I offer 2 coaching sessions a month, and book 2-3 couple months out.

Your session is custom designed for what areas you want to grow in. After initial details and booking, I send you a questionnaire that helps you decide and prioritize exactly what areas you want to work on, and helps determine how we will spend our time together.

The topic possibilities are endless! We can talk about using your camera, post-processing and editing, work flow, website customization for Showit sites, equipment and gear, posing, lighting, composition- you name it, we can cover it. The session also includes professional head-shots for your portfolio (which also allows you to experience my posing in action). Full day VIP Coaching also includes a live mini-session, photographing beside me, with a subject that fits your photography passion (couple, senior, or family).

You will leave with an action plan to move your business or passion forward and practical steps to get there- and access to the exclusive Jill Gum Education facebook for community and ongoing support from others in similar shoes as you!

Half day Sessions: These are best for photographers who just need a quick look at one area of their business. These sessions are 2.5 hours, set at a time that works for us both. The investment is $500, and the sessions take place at my home near Springfield, IL.
Not local to Illinois or able to travel? Facetime or skype sessions are available as well- contact me for more info!

Full Day Sessions: Most photographers are looking for more in-depth help with their business. Full Day sessions are 6 hours long, include a meal, headshots, and a mini-session shooting together. We can also discuss a plan with 2-4 sessions over the course of 4 months to give you time to work on the action plan we create in between- email me at jill@jillgum.com for details on these options!
