There is so much to say about this beautiful wedding day.  Lauren and Adam have been special to me since I met them, and they also joined me with their adorable pups for a mini-session last year so I have gotten just a little extra time with them.  Lauren was also a bridesmaid in one of my fall weddings from last year, so it just felt like meeting up with an old friend when I saw her!  But I’m pretty sure Lauren and Adam make everyone feel like that.  They are warm, inviting, and kind.  And so are all of their family and friends!

These two and their loved ones planned just the most visually beautiful day.  The colors, the venue, the florals…it was all incredible. Lauren has a simple, classy style about her and it showed in every detail of this day.  They got married at The Carmel Room at Bissingers Chocolate Factory in downtown St Louis, and the venue was stunning.  A little industrial, a little modern, and a LOT of class.  The ceremony was on the roof of the building and it was truly beautiful.

But so far beyond all of that…it was a day that I just am so sure created a new family out of two people who genuinely, completely, fully adore each other.  Lauren and Adam treat each other (and all those around them) with such care, and were both very sweetly emotional on their wedding day.  They were just clearly so deeply excited for this next step, and I felt so very sure that a marriage even more beautiful than their wedding day is coming.  And that is certainly what I wish for all my couples!!  I cannot wait for you to see this one!!

I think every wedding should have a willow tree! Group favorite! These details!  Can you guess which is my favorite?! It was the father of the groom’s birthday and he got his own cake!! The very edge of the roof was a pretty incredible portrait location! Lauren and Adam, I just adore you two and was so honored to be a part of your beautiful day! I hope you love reliving it through these many favorites of mine!
