The P Family | Family Photography, Springfield IL

Last weekend, I got to spend some lovely time with this family at the Lincoln Memorial Gardens.  I was so excited about this shoot, because this was my first booking based on a referral- I didn’t know this family until the session, but what a delightful group they are!
Leah works with the mom of one of my students, and is also an old RHS student, which is a fun link between us.  Leah has an “all-boy” and very energetic son, Austin, who was fun to hang around (and had awesome hair!) and gave me what I imagine are the very best 9 year old boy smiles anyone could ask for; he was SUCH a great sport through the session.  Leah and Jay have a 6 month old baby boy, Ty, with the most delightful blue eyes who is so clearly adored by all members of the family, and it was so fun to seem them gravitate around sweet baby Ty!  We had a great time and I hope they love the images as much as I enjoyed taking them.  Thank you for letting me be a part of your story, Leah and Jay!!  Enjoy this wonderful family.

I may have taken a few too many of this couple…I just adored how much love and affection was shown between these parents!

You're in the right place!  As a past high school teacher, educating others is my life's work and a HUGE part of my business!  I have been teaching moms and hobbyists how to use their camera from first purchasing it all the way to coaching them into businesses of their own, and I'd love to help you as well, wherever you are (and whatever camera you have!).

I'm so glad you are here!  Teaching Photographers and other small business owners how to run more joyful, successful, and profitable businesses is one of my favorite parts of my business!  I specialize in working with photographers to make their goals a reality (or figure out what their goals should be in the first place!).
