The P family | Springfield, IL Family Photography

This past week, I got to spend some lovely evening time doing a mini-session with a family in PERFECT evening golden light. Many families can’t do this time because it is bedtime for younger kids, but this family was up for anything, and spent some time with me goofing around in the park- it was delightful! Meet the P family:

See what I mean about lovely light? I have had the privilege of knowing this family for 6 years (time passes so quickly!!), back when their sweet, spunky, and FUN daughter was just a little girl. I work with the mama of this family, and she frequently brings that sweet music-loving daughter to rehearsals and it has been so fun to witness her growing up into a talented, kind, entertaining girl!

But the thing I enjoy most about this family, and loved very most about this session, is how much fun they have together.  How much love permeates their interactions with each other.   It really is something beautiful to see.  There is such a sense of laughter, entertainment, and easy-going-ness (not exactly a word, I know…) between them- they just put others at ease.  This is a daughter that ADORES her parents, and 2 parents that take total delight in their child.   I haven’t gotten to spend a lot of time with them all together, but seeing these interactions truly made for a beautiful evening.  I know you will be able to see it in these images!  Enjoy the love and fun (and golden light!) of the P family!

You're in the right place!  As a past high school teacher, educating others is my life's work and a HUGE part of my business!  I have been teaching moms and hobbyists how to use their camera from first purchasing it all the way to coaching them into businesses of their own, and I'd love to help you as well, wherever you are (and whatever camera you have!).

I'm so glad you are here!  Teaching Photographers and other small business owners how to run more joyful, successful, and profitable businesses is one of my favorite parts of my business!  I specialize in working with photographers to make their goals a reality (or figure out what their goals should be in the first place!).
