As a small business owner, I never know year to year what will happen with bookings, schedules, and income- it is definitely one of the scariest parts of this adventure. After taking a couple of months off last year when our girl was born, the fall was extremely busy but I figured it was just because I had taken time off.  This year, I have been honored beyond belief (and surprised, quite honestly) and how quickly my fall schedule has filled up- we have known for months that I was going to have to set some real limits for how much I would take this fall both because of weddings, but also because we want to make sure I am really taking advantage of my decision to stay home this fall with my babies instead of going back to teaching (school starts in one week and I have such mixed feelings)!

I know I have still booked more than we were intending because I absolutely LOVE what I do and do not like sending anyone away, ESPECIALLY past clients- so I have opened 2 mini session days for the fall for the first time, in hopes that I can get in as many families, seniors, and anniversary sessions (couples) that I can this fall because regular sessions are pretty much all booked.  I am booking for both dates now, and can send location and rain date details upon request!  Please email me for more info, and share this with your friends if you think they would be interested.  I am so EXCITED at this change in my business this year and how it has grown, and so GRATEFUL for each and every person that trusts me with capturing their stories!
