As we grow and interact the world, we all have a story that follows us and is written by our experiences.  Will is no exception to that.  His is a story about the strength and endurance of a sweet little baby who entered the world a little early, the skill and talent of a team of doctors and NICU nurses that held his life in their hands, the faith and perseverance of his loving parents, and love. A lot of love from everyone who knows Will, his parents, and his family.  Really- it is the same story we all have in our own ways.  Will’s mama, Kelly, was my first friend that I am still friends with.  We were in kindergarten together and while we didn’t become really close until 6th grade, she has been a part of my life for 25 years now, and a significant one for most of those years.  She is one of those friends that I don’t get to see or even catch up with very often and definitely not as often as I would like, but it always feels like no time has passed when we do.  She is a part of my definition of “home” in the way that means where you come from and a piece of your heart will always be.  And she has always been the type of woman that makes me proud and honored to be her friend.  And as Will’s mom, she is absolutely incredible. She met and married a wonderful man named Bill (William as well!) and they are absolutely the perfect parents for their amazing little boy.

This session happened during a girl’s get together with us and another dear friend from home, so we concentrated on pictures of baby Will and Will and his mommy- but I’m sure his daddy will appear here in the future sometime soon!

Kelly, you are just the most tender and perfect mama…So so beautiful!
