WEEKEND WRAP-UP: PERSONAL | Springfield Wedding Photographer
Getting a little late start to my Monday morning blogging means something good- it means my weekend evenings were spent cuddling up by the first with my husband watching bad Christmas movies instead of working! And I am so thankful for that- working on a little #lessworkmorelife (which should be appearing on my instagram soon too) throughout this Holiday season, and it is very refreshing!
That being said- I still had 3 sessions this weekend, one with traveling in the snow, and one outside on the first REALLY cold day of the year! I cannot WAIT to share these sessions in full over the next couple of weeks- I had so much fun at each! And on a personal note…a sweet little girl of ours began walking this weekend!!! For weeks, she has been taking just 1-2 steps at a time and immediately falling into our laps, never wanting to test the waters any further. But Saturday night, it happened and then yesterday on her own accord quite a bit, she stood and went! She is definitely the type that needs things to be HER idea- and it seems like walking finally is! And while I am so excited to see it- it definitely feels like we have no more babies in our house now. And I am not sure at all how I feel about that! Time will tell I guess! 😉
