EXPECTED : MEGAN AND KYLE Historic New Salem Spring Maternity Session
JGP has seen a lot of babies and bellies lately- and I LOVE it! Right before it becomes filled with dresses and rings and shoes and vows, a little bit of the next chapter for many families comes to play here, and there is something very beautiful about it. I absolutely love maternity sessions. A lot of couples don’t do them, and I get why- for most women, it is not a super attractive feeling time. But as I talked about with this darling couple, it is the last time- at least for a while- that it IS about the two who made the baby….and not the baby! That might sound silly- of course it should be about the baby (and a maternity session is!)…but it is so much about the couple still, and their last moments as a 2. It is just a really special time.
I was so thrilled to meet this beautiful couple, especially knowing that I will follow them through their baby’s first year with their pictures- I love these first year collections! Megan and Kyle are an easy going, outdoorsy and adventurous couple that are going to be welcome a very loved baby girl into their midst soon! They were easy to talk to, and incredibly easy to like. And so was the evening we had- beautiful scenery, beautiful light, and beautiful love! I am so excited to share these! Meet Megan and Kyle:
