Last year, I got to photograph this beautiful senior girl who went to the school I taught at-  but whom I hadn’t had the pleasure of knowing yet.  Her mom came with, and we had the best time.  It was girly and fun and easy- I loved it all! Her mom’s name was Denise, and recently, I got to capture Denise and her husband, Norm, for an Anniversary session.  I am becoming increasingly passionate about these couple’s sessions.  For many people, they get married and then have kids and suddenly the pictures are all about the kids, and never about the couple. For these two, they got married and only had a handful of images from that day.  Since then, they both got in pretty fabulous shape, and wanted to really have some great images to capture who they are.  Together.  And what their love looks like. And I was so  so honored to be the one to do it!  Meet Denise and Norm!

Personally? I think they are gorgeous together!! Gorgeous Denise! Love this on the right so much! While they were dating, Denise and Norm used to spend their lunch breaks here, on this bench.  Talking, laughing, getting to know each other. Dreaming of their future together- a future that is now their reality.  I loved going to this spot with them, and seeing where it all began! We were losing light fast but had to get a few fun images in their Cubs gear! Denise and Norm, thank you SO MUCH for the honor of capturing your love! I think you two are absolutely stunning together, and I am so happy that you have found each other.  Here’s to the next 30!!
