SPRINGFIELD SUMMER MATERNITY PHOTOGRAPHY The P Family Maternity Session
This maternity session represents something I love about this industry– all the connections! This beautiful couple were both in Laura and Craig’s perfect fall wedding last year and are close to a few of my other 2015 and 2016 brides as well. Kara contacted me a few months ago and I was so excited to hear about her pregnancy. I am always excited to hear about pregnancies…because I know what is coming for them.
Yes, the sleepless nights, and marathon mom days, and difficult decisions and worries. Do they need milk or food?! Are they feeling ok?! It goes on and on. But. I also know the immense joy and purpose and happiness that comes with being a parent. And it is absolutely incredible! These two have so much waiting for them! Meet Kara and Jake (and soon to be with them baby!)!
Kara, you may be one of the most stunning pregnant women I have ever seen!!

We did a lot of extras of just Kara and baby because Jake wasn’t feeling too great that night…he was a trooper anyways! But I admit, I love these…I LOVE these extra of just this expecting mama. They are so beautiful, and such a fun way to mark this time in her life…in her baby’s life!
