I‘m not sure I have ever photographed an easier baby than this sweet little Scarlett!  And I was so thankful because photographing newborns in your third trimester of pregnancy is really an interesting situation! 🙂 This newborn session was so fun for me…because Scarlett’s sweet mama was a student of mine (her daddy too, but not officially in my classroom!).  And there is something so special about watching those “kids” who I taught when they were teenagers in these next stages of life, as I have shared before.  Hayley was so much fun to have in my classroom and on my stage in my first couple years of teaching, and when I learned years later that she and Dalton were together, it just made sense.  We are just talking about two really nice people– and they are so lovely together!  Hayley and Dalton, parenthood suits you so well!  Your house was so peaceful which is no doubt a part of the reason that your sweet girl is so peaceful!  I absolutely loved my time with the 3 of you and was so honored to get to photograph her! Meet Scarlett!

I took so many images of her sweet little hands– they were just beautiful! Baby smile!!   This is her scowl that Hayley says comes straight from her daddy 🙂 Hayley you are such a beautiful mama!
