When my teaching career ended for me to be home more with my kids and pursue my business more full time, I clung to my senior sessions as a way to still connect with my students and past career that I loved so much.  But once my directing career ended a couple years later, before I was ready, I had to take a little break because it felt like salt in a wound that was a little too fresh. So I have only photographed a small handful of senior sessions over the last 3 years.  However, when Bailey’s mom reached out to me and asked if I would photograph her senior photos, I was instantly excited and knew I wanted to say “yes!” and I’m so glad I did!  I enjoyed my time with Bailey and her mama so much and remembered instantly why I loved photographing seniors so much for so long!

There is something so exciting about capturing this time before the next stage… and Bailey’s is going to be similar to what my post high school stage looked like…she is going to go into music education!  I am so excited for her and all that is to come.  Bailey is extremely kind, and also extremely intelligent.  She is a hard worker taking lots of honors classes, and she is super involved in her school’s music and theatre programs.  She is talented and yet still very humble, and just an overall joy to be around!  Bailey, everything that comes next– even after 2020!!– is so good.  I am so excited for you and can’t wait to see what your next few years look like!  Here are some of my favorites!
