Natalie and Michael…where do I begin? At the beginning I think.  Natalie and Michael met (and dated!) as kids, and found their way back to each other as adults…and if that isn’t what a great love story is made of, I’m not sure what is.  Also, and super fun, Natalie is a college friend of mine- someone I have known for many years at this point, who I took classes with and directed choirs with, someone who I experienced college relationships with, someone who I sang with…we have shared a lot of life together over the last 15 years (yes, Natalie…it’s 15!!!) and while we haven’t lived near each other since college, we have kept in contact via social media and beyond.  In addition, a number of years ago, Natalie fell in love with wedding photography, mentored with me and dug into a lot fo online education, and has grown a photography business of her own.   She has an amazing eye and is great with her camera– but even better with people.
Natalie has always been the life of every party and activity– she draws people in magnetically, and is someone you always want to be around- and her Michael is the same way.  I enjoyed my time with them so much and truly loved getting to watch them joke, play, laugh, and interact together.  They are effortless together, similarly to how Natalie always was, and I cannot wait for their Ohio wedding next year!  Natalie styled everything so well for this session, and I am so excited to share my (many!) favorites!

Natalie, I have always thought you had the best eyes–these confirm!! I LOVED these outfits so much! Favorites! We had to get a little bit of that country glow I love so much!  I will never tire of shooting in my Central Illinois fields… So many favorites! We just HAD to do this one- after all these years!
