We (Sarah, my portrait photographer, and I) love what we do.  It is a true gift to get to photograph other people’s families and memories, and honor that gift with every click of our cameras.  We truly love it, every time.  But I know for Sarah, and for me editing, this one was just the absolute perfect combination of everything– location, family, outfits, colors…it all just came together in such a beautiful way. We have SO many new favorites from the beautiful Lex family! Sarah described Ashley as “mom goals” and that is so visible in these photos.  These two parents are so loving and engaged with their kids, and you can see how much they enjoy each other and spending time together.  The Lex family booked a full session and while I definitely love minis with young kids, full sessions give us as photographers so much time and space for figuring out how a family truly interacts together, and really capturing as many moments as poses, and it really lights us up!  Their gallery really shows that, and I’m excited to get to blog it as a full family session!  Here are many of our favorites– we so hope we get to see this family again as they grow and change together!!
