This is such a SPECIAL special one to me to share.  Out of all of the seniors I have photographed- this beautiful girl is the one I have known the absolute longest. Korah, class of 2023, was just a toddler when I met her.  For the first 10 years that I knew her, I worked with her mama in many capacities in our jobs as music teachers in a local school district.  The reason I got to know Korah was because her mama dedicated many many hours to playing piano for the program, and Korah was often there.  I remember her free spirited, fun, and absolutely adorable (she always had this beautiful wavy hair!) as a little girl, running around the auditorium and playing with the students.  She was a talented vocalist and cheerleader as she kept growing, and now she is absolutely ready for all that life will bring her as a senior. But I can hardly believe she is old enough for these next steps.  She is beautiful, kind, and so warm.  She laughs with her whole face (and sometimes her whole body!), like her mama, and is so easy to talk to, and my camera just loved her.  It was an absolute honor to get to photograph her.

Korah– I’m SO excited for all that’s next for you.  I know you will chase all the beauty in life (and find it because of your pursuit of it!), and it gets so good.

And Mel– look at your baby!  She is an amazing young woman- and that’s you.  I know you are so so proud of her.  Thank you for letting me be a part of this after all these years- it means so much to me!

Meet Korah!

Korah is a country girl through and through, and I so enjoyed exploring our family farm with her!  These are some of my favorites! Thankful to get to pop in one, and even more excited to ge tto grab one with her sweet mama! Here’s that full face smile! She is so joyful and it’s jus stunning!
