There are SO many reasons I am excited to share this wedding day…and after you’ve looked at just 1 photo (any single one) you will see one of those reasons.  It was visually breathtaking…literally, I had to catch my breath when I saw how it all came together.  Extremely bright, joyful, and vibrant…I love neutral soft colors with the best of them and have since long before they were super in.  But if we are headed back towards bright and bold, I am 100% here for it.  It brought such life and fun to every single image of the day…it was like you could feel the energy through the colors.  I absolutely loved it.

But this couple is also very special, and extremely loved by their people.  Their friends are super connected, their parents have been friends since Sean and Claire were kids, and the list goes on.  They aren’t cheesy overly romantic people…but I cannot overstate that these two are a beautiful inside and out, perfectly fit match.  They love each other- and each other’s people- so so well and it is stunning to see.  It was the perfect start to 2023 weddings and makes me so excited about every day yet to come for them.  Enjoy it all!

Claire’s dress was the most classic, beautiful silhouette- I loved it! Favorite on the left! It was  nicer out than it could have been but quite chilly and they were champs outside through it! The burst of color against the backdrop of this location was GORGEOUS! Hannah from The Floral Plan completely outdid herself with every detail of this wedding, including these florals!! I LOVE the Artisans Building at the Illinois State Fairgrounds, and have never seen it look like this.  It was just stunning in every direction, with such a neat mix of round and long tables and so much beautiful modern acrylic mixed with antique glasses and fun patterns. I LOVED it. Denise’s Delights made this cake and WOW– it was delicious and absolutely stunning! I LOVE that acrylic layer!  Married!! I LOVE this photo on the left… Congrats to the new Mr and Mrs Sexton!!  It was such a special day and I am so excited for all that is to come for you two!!
