As far as favorites go….we try not to have them. But when she is your student turned lead turned babysitter turned friend turned assistant…well then, we get to have a favorite. And this was one of the top.  Sarah and Jacob’s May wedding this year was a highlight of my wedding career so far for so many reasons, and that is why I was so excited when The Daily Wedding  decided to feature this wedding! Their post about it is beautiful, highlighting the romantic and literature-inspired decor of this wedding.  They also shared a lot of their beautiful portraits.

Sarah worked so hard planning this day with her now husband and her mother (and some of her planning process is being shared in this series here!), and it made for a beautiful day. But it was truly so much more than the details, and Sarah’s beautiful dress, and how did she do her makeup herself, and the fence her dad made that made the day what it was. And it was even more than my sweet little man being the ring bearer to the most adorable flower girl.  It was about the love…between the bride and the groom, their families, and their friends.  It was such a BEAUTIFUL day and I am so happy to share my favorites here again, and so honored for the feature.
