We were hoping to book one more wedding from this year. It put me well ahead of my goal, and just felt like the right end to our season to be fully booked.  But we had no idea how sweet that booking would be until I started talking to Morgan, and it will be a wedding day right up our alley this fall in many ways!  In addition, this couple lives in New York, New York and we weren’t sure if an engagement session would happen, if we would try to go out there, or what!  Well, her and her sweet fiance Jeff decided last minute to make a trip back to good old Central Illinois so their families could all meet up and do some planning- and we were able to squeeze in a quick engagement session during their time here! And I am so glad!   While this is not their normal locale now, and looks quite different from their life, Morgan is no stranger to the country and farm life.  She grew up here, and has a lot of experiences and memories in this setting, which made it very fun to photograph them here.  I loved seeing her and Jeff together, watching them interact, and learning about them and the gorgeous intimate wedding they are planning.  Michael and I absolutely can’t wait to be a part of it, and I am so excited to share them here with you!  Meet Morgan and Jeff!

They are as kind and sweet as they look.  I loved how Jeff helped Morgan navigate through the country and dirt in her heels, though she can certainly hold her own!  I was so glad our wheat fields were still up! Favorite! And then we got into light that is so much more my favorite…and time with their sweet pup!! Favorites here!
