So….we shared with our personal network 2 weeks ago and Instagram last week and I think the blog and Facebook world might be starting to feel just a little left our if we don’t share here too! The big news?

We’re having another baby!! Historically, this was news I was screaming from the rooftop long  before “socially appropriate” with our previous 2 pregnancies (though if I do say so myself, the don’t share until second trimester when it’s “safer” to share rule is completely crazy to me because if something ever happened to this sweet baby, we would need our community around us knowing and supporting vs being told for the first time!).  We did tell family and close friends right away this time…but waited quite a bit longer to share with the world.  It just felt like such special news and we really enjoyed it being just ours. The really fun part? We waited long enough to share that we also know this:

We’re having a boy!  I can’t wait to share a little more about this gender reveal and the whole process so far, but we are abundantly excited (and truly surprised by that last bit for some reason) about it all. This baby has already caused some amazing changes in our lives as we look ahead, and I am anxious to write about them here a bit. Come late 2017 or early 2018 our home is going to look a little bit different and we absolutely cannot wait!
