I told Michael multiple times throughout this stunning wedding day that while I had already really liked this family and this couple before from meeting a group of them at the engagement session and visiting their home the week before the wedding to meet the rest, I grew more and more fond of them as each moment of the day passed. And today, while I worked through this post hour after hour, I felt exactly the same way…I adore them with each memory I review from their day.  Not only was it obviously visually stunning, as you will see– and it truly was in every way.  But there was just so much emotion and joy and happiness at every turn, and it really took my breath away.  Every time I see an image for the first time and notice how Morgan is smiling at Jeff, or how carefully he is holding her and trying to keep her warm.  Each time I notice how all 4 parents were so involved and excited about their two getting married.  Family member and friend after family member and friend so engaged in Morgan and Jeff’s past and present.  It is a never ending reminder– and now an eternal one– of how deeply loved Morgan and Jeff are, and how deeply they love each other, and it was just truly moving.

They clearly have impeccable taste, and paired with their amazing wedding planner Hannah and one of my favorite florist teams from True Colors (links below!), their wedding, at Morgan’s parent’s gorgeous home, was truly perfect.  I loved how all of the neutral colors paired together, how many textures were present at each table, and of course the showstopper floral wreath over the dance floor and mirrored backdrop behind the band.  The fur stoles– ordered once Morgan and her mom discovered a high of 42 was the forecast for her all outdoor event– gave a beautiful touch to compliment the magnolia leaves in the bouquets.  And I loved Jeff’s navy suit against his groomsmen’s classic black.  I can’t wait for you to see it all– but I know the part that will stick with you is what stuck with me: The feeling behind it all.

There were so many sweet moments between Morgan and her lovely sister and mama!! Sweetest first look!!  There was so much excitement! We took all these outdoor portraits in about 3 minutes because it was freezing!  They were total pros! Favorite! True Colors hit it out of the park with these!! When your reception space is as beautiful as theirs, you use it for pictures on a 42 degrees wedding day!! They ready their cards together and it was the sweetest.   These ladies were amazing and so helpful for Morgan ALL day– and I just LOVED how all the neutrals came together!!! Looking good gentlemen! These people belong in a magazine! Look at them! 🙂 Favorites! So Morgan’s dress is actually one of a kind– after she tried it on and ordered it straight from the runway, the designer pulled it– so Morgan’s is THE one of this stunning dress!!! Morgan, it is absolutely perfect on you- you were breath taking! Had to include these sweet images from family formals with their parents! I love outdoor family formal shots!! Blankets and shawls for the guests!! Oh my heart!! Such a cozy and beautiful reception space! Married! Now, I admit…this is an overshare.  But just wait until you see it all! Show stopper! I think this was the prettiest place setting I have photographed!
I just loved everything about it! Loved Morgan and her daddy watching these two dance…Craig, Morgan’s dad, gave a beautiful speech in which he mentioned that he truly feels he is gaining a son in Jeff after raising 2 daughters…there is so much love here! Smores and ice cream sundae bars!! This was one of the most active dance floors I have seen within seconds of opening! We shared sundaes at our wedding too– we loved seeing this! Morgan and Jeff, I was truly touched by your day and know that such a stunning marriage will follow. Thank you so very much to you and your families for the honor of being a part of it!
