ILLINOIS VINEYARD WINERY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY Chris + Corinne | Married

They aren’t the only couple of mine, but they are the first of 2021 so far.  The first that had a spring 2020 date…and then a fall one.  They got married a year ago, not wanting to wait to be husband and wife –and then found out that they were expecting their first baby, due in just a couple months (and let me tell you, a 7 month pregnant woman in a wedding dress with a corset on her feet all day is super impressive) from now.  And last weekend (because I just can’t delay on sharing my couple’s blog posts, no matter how busy!), Corinne and Chris finally got to say “I still choose you!” in front of their loved ones, family, and friends, and it was such a sweet day.  So many people happy to be together and to be celebrating this beautiful couple, who are so loved by those who know them.  Chris and Corinne are warm, kind, and extremely inviting to everyone they meet- and so were their loved ones who celebrated with them.  They adjusted their plans from a venue that is still closed to the lovely Dannenberger Vineyard a few months ago, who just recently opened up a huge very neat reception space and it all just fit.  It felt like the day they were always supposed to have– and even though I hate it that they had to wait so long to get there, it truly felt so right.  I can’t wait to share my favorites!

Corinne was SUCH a rockstar all day! We faced pretty much every type of weather on this day throughout our portrait time as you can see in these photos- it certainly kept things interesting! So many favorites of these two! Chris and Corinne, I adore you two! I couldn’t think of a more deserving and patient couple for this lovely day!

I'm Jill, a wedding and portrait photographer based out of Chicago and Central Illinois, and available world wide! I'm also a photography educator, wife to my favorite person on the planet, mama to 3 amazing kids and an energetic Aussie, and obsessed with statement jewelry and all desserts (especially fruit pies!).

As a past high school teacher, I have a major heart for education. After going full time in my business, I have built a business I love that gives me an almost 6 figure salary and allows me to be home part time with my kids.  I dream for you to run a business that enhances your life and lights you up, and I believe I can help you learn how to do it with a little hustle and a lot of heart!

You're in the right place!  As a past high school teacher, educating others is my life's work and a HUGE part of my business!  I have been teaching moms and hobbyists how to use their camera from first purchasing it all the way to coaching them into businesses of their own, and I'd love to help you as well, wherever you are (and whatever camera you have!).

I'm so glad you are here!  Teaching Photographers and other small business owners how to run more joyful, successful, and profitable businesses is one of my favorite parts of my business!  I specialize in working with photographers to make their goals a reality (or figure out what their goals should be in the first place!).
