There are so few words and all the words all mashed together in my head about this wedding day, the day that my beloved nephew, Morgan, married his perfect match, Miranda.  I will start with Morgan…after all, I have known him since he was approximately my oldest son’s age!  Morgan has always been a special guy…the type of guy that everyone likes, that always gets up first to help clean up dinner, that can make any situation easier or more fun, that volunteers first.  He is just special, and everyone who gets the chance to know him knows it.  And then there’s Miranda…and the people who knew her first would literally say the same words about her.  She is the warmest, kindest, sweetest soul.  She loves openly and with her whole heart, and let’s people know how much she cares about them both in words and action. She is so easy to get to know, and easier to love.  She makes breakfast for everyone on the family trip…every morning…and that’s after she brought her all star cookies for the road trip.  She’s just that kind of girl.

Morgan and Miranda are perfect together.  They aren’t perfect people– but they are truly so so well matched.  So getting to see the whole thing…friends to dating to falling in love to getting married…has been truly very special for everyone who has gotten to witness it.  Their wedding day was absolutely a celebration…and the start of a marriage that I know will be even more beautiful than their gorgeous wedding.  We contended with shifting forecasts and a surprise rain that gave us about half the normal time I like for portraits…but I love all these photos so much, and am so excited to share my favorites of one of my absolute all time favorite couples….the newest Mr and Mrs Gum!!!!

Miranda freely shares her love, her heart, and her emotions…it is so beautiful. First look time!!! I just couldn’t resist sharing these!! We were dodging rain, but I just love these photos and this setting (on Miranda’s family farm!) so so much! So many favorites!! I could not adore these two any more!!We spend all the time our couple’s want focusing on family photos at each wedding, but just don’t share many of them here…but when it’s my family (and especially when we get to grab them outdoors in natural light!), I just had to share one!  I love these people so much! Morgan and Miranda, we all love you SO MUCH!  Enjoy every moment of your honeymoon and your first week as Mr and Mrs Gum!!
