This beautiful wedding has me SO SO excited for the day to share it because it was so very special!  Natalie, my long time college friend, grew up in Ohio, and so did her Michael so it made perfect sense for them to plan a gorgeous Ohio wedding closer to home.  They toured multiple venues, and chose The Estate at new Albany for their wedding day, and the moment we pulled up we understood why.  It is a newer venue and absolutely beautiful, bright, full of windows and situated on a really pretty property.  And throughout the day as I saw their team work, I also saw their years of experience come into play in a very smoothly run event.  Natalie and Michael picked a truly all start team of vendors and I was impressed with each one!  Natalie and Michael’s wedding was truly visually beautiful, with no detail left unturned or unthought of, and that is always so fun as a photographer.  Natalie is also a photographer, so she thought of everything and yet gave me the freedom to do whatever I wanted throughout the day.  There were so many meaningful moments and details included to keep loved ones near to them and it was very touching.

But on to the other deeply important parts.  I love these two together, and saw the reasons come into play so much on their wedding day.  I loved seeing my friend work through tiny stresses on her wedding day and how Michael instantly calmed her just with his presence.  It will serve them so well in their lives.  I loved hearing their personal vows, showing how truly themselves they are around each other.  I loved that a long term friend of theirs officiated the ceremony and got to share about their love.  Natalie and Michael were each other’s first love…and now they are each others forever loves too.  And I loved how this wedding truly joined a family, in Michael welcoming Natalie’s two beautiful daughters as his own (which he’s been doing since the day he met them).  They all have such a special bond and it truly is so beautiful.  You will see it in these photos and be able to feel it too, I know it!  Natalie…I am so happy for you, my friend.  I am so happy you have found your perfect match and thrilled for the beautiful, fulfilling marriage that will come from it.  I have too many favorites- but I can’t help it!  It was a perfect day.

Natalie, he was with you all day. <3 It was so fun to see Natalie as both a mama and a bride on this day. I really loved seeing the bond between Natalie and her sister as well…I’ve heard about it for years but seeing it was very special! First look…my favorite!

Natalie you are SO BEAUTIFUL!!!This space was just GORGEOUS!!! Married!! I adore you two!! This dance floor was amazing…I think in part because Natalie asked her DJ to play a couple songs that would fill the floor before our time was up, and it made a huge difference! I highly recommend it!  She also did a “couples” dance where everyone stayed on the floor (instead of the typical anniversary dance) and it gave me lots of opportunities to take photos of them on the floor surrounded by so many they love…it was perfect!!! CONGRATULATIONS Natalie and Michael!! I am SO happy for you both and truly s honored to be a part of it!!!
