A few weeks ago, I got to meet such a sweet family for a Simple Studio Newborn session, a new offering for JGP this summer.  These sessions are a PERFECT way to get a beautiful handful of keepsake images of your new baby (that also include the parents and siblings!) for a lower price point if a full newborn session is not in your budget.  These sessions are 30 minute long, and are very baby-led– so we follow what baby wants!  If your baby is awake, we do more snuggly photos with mom and dad and get some of those precious eyes-open shots of your baby.  If your baby wants to sleep, we add that in the mix.  Then the final gallery includes 8 digital files with print release that you get to choose from a larger gallery (typically around 30 images), and you can always choose to include more at the end if you want.  These are a GREAT gift for expecting parents in your life, and have been so fun for me to add in!

I loved meeting this beautiful new family through this gifted session!  Their little one was a perfect little model baby, spending a little time asleep and a little time awake so we could get a ton of variety (but don’t worry, even if your baby is awake the full time, we can do so much in this half hour!)!  This sweet baby girl slept for about 8 minutes of her session and was awake the rest of the the time and you can see what we got– these are some of my favorites!

I LOVE these eyes open photos– it’s like she’s saying “Hello, world!  I’m here!”.
