I am SO excited (as usual ;-)) that I don’t even know where to begin!! It isn’t really a new brand…the general feel, colors, and logo stayed the same.  But the new website is an upgrade in every single way!  When I wrote this post about my 2016 business goals 6 months ago, I never dreamed of how close I would be to covering this list in July (I need one more JGP couple this year to finish it!).  One of the most important goals on this list to me was this one…to upgrade the mobile side of my site.  I didn’t know how I was going to do it yet…but the version of prophoto I was running just had no flexibility for mobile.  I could upgrade to the new prophoto…or change sites all together.  I am going to share much more about how I made the decision in a future series about this change, but I went with the full switch (including the URL- see above!) and I am so happy with the outcome!

Of course, I contacted my beloved designer from my first rebrand, Louise from The Autumn Rabbit.  After working with her last time, and loving what she created, I knew she was the only one for me!  And my goodness…I feel like this new site that she created for me is so beyond any hope or dream of mine!  Louise- I am so grateful! It is a bit more mature and a bit cleaner than the last…and so so me.  I have grown in the last 1.5 years- and so has JGP.  And this website absolutely reflects that.  It was intended to be just a swap to get me a good mobile site (since 85% of my viewers are looking on their phones…are you now?? Make sure to check out the desktop version too- there are some AMAZING features that are only on desktop, especially on the Meet Jill page!)- but it ended up being so so SO much more. There is not an area that Louise did not make over for me- and I am just so thrilled with the results!

Here, you will find a complete reflection of the direction JGP is going.  You will find a few videos to give a fuller sense of what this business is all about. You will find a whole new page- the Jill Gum Education page, talking through this newer portion of my business.  You will find some fun surprises on the Weddings page, and you will see a site that really separates the two sides of my business- portraits and weddings- making it easier to find what you want.  And I am so in love with the new blog page!

This site is a showit site, and I completely love this platform already- I will be sharing more about that in the future too!  It definitely has some features that are going to be amazing for my clients!  In the mean time- take a peek around and let me know what you think! My old site at jillgumphotography.com will be live for just another day or so before it re-directs here- it is such a huge change!  I will share some before and afters in a few days…but for today, enjoy the new site!  Start here at the home page to get the full experience! 🙂
