It wasn’t the warmest day ever, and their best boy wasn’t happy the whole way through. But I loved this mini-session.  Partly because it was a part of a Coaching Session I taught with a super sweet and fun photographer Ashley, and partly because Sam and Drew, now mom and dad in this session, had a summer wedding in 2015 that I absolutely adored that year. They are just such good people. I will never forget how Sammi spent her day making sure everyone around her was happy and comfortable (on her wedding day!) and Drew shook every guy’s hand and exchanged quick hugs at the top of the aisle. They just love their people very well. And the way that they love their beautiful new son is no exception! We had been hoping to get together for a session for a while, so I was thrilled to meet them on this day!  It was a good one for Ashley to see too because while their sweet Sawyer liked me at first, he quickly decided he was cold, hungry, and tired…and that is very real life! But I am so excited to share a few favorites of this sweet Jill Gum Family.
